- NINE BASES
The "6+3" training development structure in six domestic cities (Suzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Heifei, Hangzhou, Shanghai) and three overseas countries (Singapore, the United States, Japan).
Suzhou is one of the cities with the most complete industrial system in China, with a total industrial output value ranking first in the world. As a strong manufacturing city, its development process can be seen as a condensed version of China's manufacturing upgrading path, from agriculture to industry, from internal to external, from quantity to quality, to "internal and external linkage, symbiosis and win-win".
As an important part of the city's development, Suzhou Industrial Park is a flagship project between the governments of China and Singapore. In 2022, Suzhou Industrial Park will achieve a total regional GDP of 351.561 billion yuan, public budget revenue of 38.74 billion yuan, total import and export of 715.125 billion dollars, total retail sales of consumer goods of 109.785 billion yuan, and per capita disposable income of urban residents of over 88900 yuan. In the comprehensive evaluation of national level economic development zones released by the Ministry of Commerce, Suzhou Industrial Park ranked first for seven consecutive years (2016-2022), fourth in the comprehensive ranking of national level high-tech zones, and ranked among the world-class high-tech parks built by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
