Description
1. Market analysis: Collect market information and government training industry trends, and analyze market conditions;
2. Telephone communication: Effectively communicate with government clients, understand their needs, and target sales opportunities;
3. Business visit: Conduct customer visits and reception, promote customer development and sales, and continuously maintain relationships;
4. Requirement follow-up: Communicate with the product department based on customer needs, provide matching training plans to customers, and follow up on projects until they are completed;
5. Project delivery: Participate in course delivery and operation work, with a customer experience oriented approach.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in TO B sales and telemarketing preferred;
2. Passionate about marketing and sales work, with high enthusiasm for work, and a sense of customer service and market development;
3. Self motivated, with high self demands and a strong sense of purpose;
4. Proficient in exploring customer needs, developing new customers, and having some experience in customer maintenance.
