Description
1. Design plan: Based on the customer needs provided by sales, match courses and assessment resources for customers, and design training plans;
2. Implement the project: make appointments and coordinate with the teachers and visiting units required for the training project, attend courses, communicate and improve measures with the teaching teachers and reception units on issues, and continuously improve customer satisfaction;
3. Expand resources: Based on product research and development needs, develop experts and scholars from the domestic and foreign political, enterprise, and business sectors, and expand the company's faculty resource pool; Develop various visiting institutions with urban characteristics around the location of the company's four major training bases (including but not limited to enterprises, industrial parks, government units, social institutions, schools, etc.).
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Public Administration is preferred;
2. Having strong execution ability and sense of responsibility, able to proactively and reasonably grasp the pace of project progress;
3. Results oriented, responsible, resilient, and collaborative.
